The Fort Lauderdale Insurance Regulatory and Transactions Practice Group is looking for a mid-level to senior associate.  Preferred candidates should have a transactional background, experience in the insurance regulatory environment and a background/interest in sophisticated legal, regulatory and transactional matters.  In addition, candidates should possess strong academics.  Interested candidates should submit their resume and J.D. transcript online through our website.  Transcripts do not need to be official copies.
